This On-Call basis service model gives our customer a complete flexibility in terms of cost like Pay-Per-Call base only. Our RmS capabilities deliver up to Level 3 technical support across the India, with various options for call handling and fault reporting. The mutually agreed SLA and strong presence of Redundant PAN India Network controlled by our 24 X 7 X 365 Centralized Service Desk, provide our customer "Hands and Feet" over their all satellite presence. The Pay-Per-Call payment model reduce the IT Operational Cost for the satellite presence of our customer by providing "Call" to G-Tech RmS when they require only. The Dual Layer end user feedback collection mechanism and the Quality of Service (QoS) provide by G-Tech RmS team makes G-Tech RmS "Best in Class".
